How is a refund displayed?
Where to find the amount of an already processed refund.

After an order decision
When a refund is processed, its amount is shown in the order details and as a separate credit in Transactions. With a full refund, the order status becomes Refunded.
Check the amount
Compare the refund amount with the order details and balance history. If Contact support is available in the order card, use it for a discrepancy — the order number is included automatically.
