Can I cancel an order and get a refund?
How cancellation and refunds are shown in your account.

Cancellation
The current account does not offer self-service order cancellation. Do not create a duplicate order to resolve an issue with an existing one.
Refunds
When a refund is processed, the order card shows a corresponding entry. With a full refund, the order status becomes Refunded. The refund amount is shown in the order details and in balance transactions.
What to do
Open the order and check its status and messages. If Contact support is available, use it — the order context is added automatically.
