Balance transactions
Open Payments and find Transactions. It lists balance operations and amounts: a negative amount is a charge, and a positive amount is a credit.
What credits mean
A positive transaction can be a top-up, a top-up bonus, or an order refund. Its type and time help you match it to the corresponding top-up or order details.
Reconciling an order
To identify a charge, open the linked order. Its amount, status, and any refunds help match the transaction to the result.
