Terms of service

The operator identified at the end of this document offers a contract for services to any legally capable user on these terms. The offer is valid from the effective date in the operator details until withdrawn or replaced.

You accept the offer by ticking “I accept the terms of service” in checkout and then creating an order, or by creating a new order after you have already accepted this version. You confirm that you have read these terms, the Refund rules and the Privacy policy. The system records the version and time of acceptance for each order. A new version requires the checkout tick again.

The operator provides the chosen digital service for the specified public page, post, channel or other supported target. The service name, option, quantity, price, currency, limitations, estimated timing and refill availability are displayed before payment.

The server-side quote displayed before payment determines the material terms of a particular order. The catalog and available payment methods may change before a quote is created; a quote is valid only for its stated period.

You select a service, supply a target URL and other required information, review the parameters and create an order. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or other access secrets.

The quote displays the price in the selected currency and includes applicable taxes unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Payment is made through a method available in checkout. The operator starts after the payment provider confirms payment or funds are debited from the internal balance.

Provision starts after payment and is made for a correctly specified, accessible target that does not breach platform rules. Order status is available in the service. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed outcome, because it depends on platform conditions and the selected service.

The operator does not guarantee search ranking, platform recommendations, organic reach, sales, continued results following platform changes, or another business outcome unless an option expressly promises it. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the URL, quantity and other order information, and for having the right to use the target. The service must not be used to break the law, third-party rights or platform rules, to circumvent restrictions, or to transfer unauthorized data. The operator may pause or cancel an impossible or clearly unlawful order and assess a refund based on the actual circumstances.

You may ask to cancel an order or obtain a refund. The request procedure, review criteria and available refund methods are set out in the Refund rules, which form part of this offer. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer’s right to withdraw from services or other mandatory rights under applicable law. Refund rules.

Each party is liable to the extent required by applicable law. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information, actions of the user or third parties, target unavailability, changes at third-party platforms, or circumstances outside the operator’s reasonable control, except where law provides otherwise.

Send a request to the contact address below with the order number and a description of the issue. The operator will review it within a reasonable time, or within a mandatory statutory period where one applies. The parties will first try to resolve disputes by discussion; applicable law determines the available remedies.
