Why is my top-up awaiting payment or review?
How to check an invoice, its expiry, and credited funds.

Awaiting payment
Awaiting payment means the invoice was created but the payment has not been confirmed. The payment link is active for 2 hours from its creation. Your balance does not change until the payment is confirmed.
Credited
After payment confirmation, the top-up amount and any bonus appear in Transactions. Credited means the funds are ready to pay for orders.
Needs review
Sometimes payment data needs a manual check, for example when information received from the provider differs from what was expected. Do not create another invoice for a payment that was already made: wait for the decision or contact support with the top-up number.
