When a refill is available
A refill is available only for service variants that list this option. The order details show the support period when one is provided for the selected variant.
How to request it
Open the order and select Request refill when that action is available. The request and its status appear in the order card.
Important
A refill is a separate check for whether additional fulfilment is possible, not an automatic promise of a result or a refund. If the button is unavailable, check the order status and messages in its card.
