Main statuses

Awaiting payment means the order was created but has not been paid for yet.

Paid, Queued, Queued for fulfilment, and Submitted to provider mean that payment was received and the order is waiting to start or has been sent for fulfilment.

In progress means fulfilment is underway. The order card shows progress only when reliable data is available.

Completed means fulfilment has finished.

Partial means the delivered amount differs from the ordered amount; check the order card and any refund.

Under review means the order needs a manual check; wait for the decision or use the support action available in the card.

Failed means fulfilment stopped; the order card explains the reason and next available action.

Canceled or Refunded show the final outcome and any related refunds in the order card.

Partial completion

For a Partial order, check the delivered amount and refund information in the order card. Any processed refund also appears in your balance transactions.

If the status does not change

First check messages in the order card. Contact support is shown there when a support channel is configured; using it adds the order number automatically.

  1. Open the order.
  2. Check its current status and messages.
  3. Use Contact support if the button is available.
