Check the key
Make sure an active API key from the account is sent in the key parameter for the Perfect Panel API. Do not put the key value in a support request.
Check the request
Compare the API Endpoint, HTTP method, action, required parameters, and body format with the API documentation. Start with the minimal example in Quick Start.
If the error remains
Keep the response code and a safe description of the request without secrets. That is enough for support to help diagnose the issue.
